Returns & Exchanges

At Step One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
